
Working as Pan-European Media Consultant for Toshiba Europe, I liaised on a weekly basis with all relevant pan-European trade, consumer and broadcast media, including European editors of all major gadget and technology websites. I also acted as first point of contact for many global media and consumer enquiries.
As well as carrying out media relations and social media outreach for every Toshiba product launch, I negotiated exclusives, organised one-to-one product and management briefings, and attended every major European technology conference.
The role also involved co-ordinating the PR and event activity of European and Middle East partner agencies, as well collating and distributing all European media coverage to Toshiba senior management on a monthly basis.
