I have recently moved house, and as a result encountered many unforeseen expenses. Despite being a loyal customer of Lloyds Bank for more than 30 years they were unwilling to extend my overdraft.
I had £300,000 invested with Lloyds for over six months.
Not to mention the woman I spoke to on the phone was probably the snottiest bitch I have ever encountered.
