To market the Village I came up with an anti-jargon campaign to help PRs and clients stamp out muddled communication and reward journalists for their ongoing patience with PR industry fluff.
With a 100% cotton embroidered face cloth (“the only flannel you’ll get from the Village”) and instruction card sent to journalists and new business prospects, we achieved coverage in The Guardian, Media Guardian, Marketing, PRWeek and the CIPR Magazine.
“I was intrigued and amused by your ‘flannel’ promotional pack … it has certainly registered.”
